The new Meade 5000 Super Wide Angle (SWA) eyepieces provide a 68 degree field of view and an image resolution that is razor-sharp from edge to edge. The eyepiece has an innovative elements design, so the objects you observe will be very detailed. The contrast is high and there is virtually no chromatic aberration. The Meade 5000 SWA is made from the finest materials and is ideal for Schmidt-Cassegrains, fast Newtonians and Schmidt-Newtonians.
