Bynostar SPN 130-900
With the Bynostar SPN 130-900 reflecting telescope (also called a reflector telescope) the amateur astronomer gets value for his money. The 130 mm mirror collects 25% more light than a standard 114 mm model and therefore shows more faint objects. Add the excellent price/performance ratio of this Newton refractory telescope and you are assured of an excellent choice.
With an equatorial mounting on a beautiful, slightly heavier tripod and equipped with an electric drive on the hour axis. This ensures that objects in the field of view remain stationary and will not drift, due to the earth's rotation. On a stationary object you will just see more details! The large 6x30 finderscope makes searching comfortable. This viewfinder shows about as many stars as the better star atlases that amateurs use.
This viewer accepts the international standard size of eyepieces: 1.25 inches. Two high-quality eyepieces accompany this telescope on delivery: a Super Plössl of 25 and 10mm. A Barlow lens that doubles the magnification of the eyepieces is also standard.
Moon and planets will reveal a wealth of detail. Moon craters up to 1.7 km. are visible during a calm clear night, as well as the cloud bands, the Great Red Spot on Jupiter and the Cassini division in the rings of Saturn. With a limiting magnitude for the faintest star of 12.7 this instrument shows effortlessly all 110 Messier objects and several NGC numbers. In bright globular clusters, even the brightest individual stars across the core can be identified. The fainter stars in the core remain visible as a soft background glow. Globular cluster M13 seen through this Newton is just a beauty. The central star in the Eskimo Nebula winks at you, but also the more difficult small planetary nebula NGC 6210 in Hercules reveals his true square shape at higher magnification.
