This Meade erecting prism is suitable for refractor telescopes that support eyepieces with a diameter of 31.8mm (1.25 inch). These are almost all telescopes on our website. Only telescopes with a price tag of over 1500 euro and Dobsonian telescopes use 2" eyepieces.
Telescopes and eyepieces turn the image upside down. A erecting prism is used to turn the image upright again. Terrestrial objects can also be observed then (such as birds).
Note that the left and right will still be reversed. This is inherent in the use of a telescope.
